Debbie’s membership has helped me overcome many challenges and grown my confidence in my coaching practice and business. Now, I have moved to a fully freelance model of working where I am growing my own coaching business – empowering staff in schools to overcome their individual wellbeing, workload and leadership challenges. I genuinely don’t think I would have been able to make this progress in my coaching career without Debbie and the other members being there cheerleading, supporting and guiding me on my journey.

Supervision Plus Membership group is a great combination of meetings and approaches designed to enable a coach, at whatever level of experience and type of practice, to reflect, develop and learn. But the greatest asset of the group is Debbie herself; her philosophy, values, creativity and desire to provide the best to everyone as individuals, whilst creating a warm, supportive and collaborative community of practice is what provides the real value and enjoyment of being part of the group. If you are in any doubt, just make contact with Debbie and find out for yourself.

I feel very valued and included within the group. I’m given numerous opportunities to share my thoughts, feelings, knowledge, insight and observations, which supports my growth and others within the group. Plus, the quality of the documents and the sessions provided by Debbie have been outstanding. If you’re a coach and want to be held accountable, whilst challenged in a psychological safe environment and have the added benefit of group supervision to support your learning and practice, then this group is for you. I would highly recommend considering joining.

Debbie’s membership is a wonderful, supportive community, providing a safe space to be honest, to develop your ideas, share your fears and insecurities, and open up your mind to new ways of thinking. A few months in, and I have achieved a clear understanding of who I am and what kind of coach I want to be. I have a new found inner peace, and have finally managed to shake off the imposter syndrome that had been niggling in my ear! Debbie’s ability to seamlessly guide the group through a myriad of experiences and thought processes has created the most incredible platform for us to grow as individuals, whilst sharing a common ideal.

I’ve gained a huge amount in the two months of being a member, for example I have started some good habits that I knew I ‘should’ be doing but wasn’t, due to lack of accountability. I’ve now got the accountability and supervision I was missing, plus I’ve had the privilege of connecting with extremely generous and kind coaches, who have shared their wisdom in person and through our LinkedIn group. Debbie is excellent at creating a safe space in our sessions and ensuring that everyone feels included. She is also very encouraging and generous with her wisdom. I am so glad I signed up.

“It’s a lovely environment; I can share in a safe way; I feel very motivated." “I’ve got confidence and clarity in what I’m going to do next.” “(I’m learning) the sessions are proactive, safe, challenging, rewarding, valued and (I’m) learning from others.” “It’s great watching a group of relative strangers gelling."

Following 20 years of 1-1 and group coaching, training leaders to be coaches, and then becoming a coach supervisor, I love sharing what I know about coaching with other coaches ... so they don't make the same mistakes I did!
I was given bad and conflicting advice when I started out, and floundered for a while. I couldn't accept the fact I had to choose a niche, and didn't actually make a success of my business until I did choose one!
Coaching Roots will be my 3rd Coaches Membership Group, and has been inspired by my work with both newly trained coaches I've met, and those I've trained myself. They have loved the camaraderie that develops during the coach training sessions and want it to continue! This happens in the membership.
There's a shared purpose ... everyone's in the same boat, and at approximately the same level of development ... although everyone brings something unique to their coaching and work with their clients.
I'd love to welcome you to Coaching Roots as a Founding Member on 1st September, and until then - enjoy this guide and drop me a line to let me know how you get on with it!
